Job Description:
i2Systems is growing and so is our Human Resources department! Our on-site Recruiter is responsible for the whole recruiting process from obtaining updated job descriptions, posting positions, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, making employment offers, and assisting with onboarding our new employees! This position recruits for both permanent and temp to hire positions, and includes all levels, from production floor workers, to office, to engineering, to management and everything in between.
This is a fast-paced position as our growing company keeps expanding.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire recruiting function including:
o Updating job descriptions if needed.
o Posting positions through online platforms, staffing agencies, state agencies, college and universities career boards and other media.
o Promoting our company at local career fairs as well as on site at colleges and universities.
o Sourcing and screening applicants.
o Assist with interviewing when needed.
o Scheduling and following up on interviews with our managers and candidates.
o Making employment offers and assisting candidates with their questions.
o Assisting with post offer, pre-employment onboarding and screenings.
o Accurate recording keeping at all phases of the recruitment process.
Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
To Qualify, You Should Have:
7-10 years of experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Bi-lingual:
Spanish, or Portuguese preferred.
Ability to maintain the utmost level of confidentiality, high degree of integrity and judgement.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and with writing.
Experience with MS office, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
